This lovely beach is easily accessible from Santa Barbara City College and attracts students looking to socialize, swim, and tan. Leadbetter Beach is also a favorite of kitesurfers and windsurfers. 2. East Beach

Separated from West Beach by Stearn’s Wharf, East Beach offers a wide range of recreational activities and is proximal to downtown Santa Barbara.
